What Is the Aureya Frequency? A Beginner's Guide

Aureya is hard to describe in words.

You'd think after channeling her energy for over a year now, I'd have it down to a science.

Here's the closest comparison I've found. Imagine the most loving grandmother in the world. Doesn't matter if you actually had one. You likely know this type of maternal energy that is so supportive, so unconditionally there for you, that you feel like you can do no wrong, and there's nothing wrong with you either.

You are held.

You are supported.

You don't have to earn a single thing to receive it.

That's Aureya. Or at least, that's the closest I can get in words.

Sometimes you just have to feel it, and that's why she's in all of my verbal Reiki activations.

Frequency, Not Concept

This post is about something narrower and, honestly, more useful if you've never encountered any of this before: what the frequency actually feels like when it moves through a room, or a body, or a channeled Reiki activation.

Not the theology. The sensation.

What It Actually Feels Like

When I'm channeling Aureya through a verbal Reiki activation, there's a specific shift that happens, and it's the same shift every time. It's the feeling of being a kid again, back when everything was just taken care of, and you never even had to question it.

If you're tired, rest. If you're sick, let yourself heal. If you need support, let it come, because it's already yours. All abundance is yours, too. In all its forms.

Not "you'll earn it eventually."

Yours. Now.

If You Didn't Grow Up With That

Here's the part that matters most, I think. If your childhood was more volatile than that, if safety wasn't a given, if you had to earn love or watch for the next thing to go wrong, this frequency isn't asking you to pretend you had something you didn't.

It's offering a return to a feeling you never got to have, but somehow deeply know. A kind of cellular awareness of what it should have felt like all along.

I don't think that's a coincidence, either. I think most of us have been searching for exactly that feeling our whole lives, whether we'd have called it that or not.

How to Feel It Yourself

You don't need any prior context, any belief system, any of the language from my other posts, to feel this. The frequency doesn't require you to understand it first.
