What Is the 7/7 Portal?Meaning, the Number Seven, and Two Reiki Activations with Inanna
You thought you were still becoming. You were already being.
7/7 Portal Activation · Reiki · 2026
What is the 7/7 portal?
The 7/7 portal is a modern spiritual date, not an ancient tradition. It falls every year on July 7, and many people use it as a marker for recognition and deep integration. It's often called the 777 portal, because the date reads as a doubled seven.
It's a natural moment to stop asking whether the work is adding up, and to look at what has already been lit.
You don't have to believe in portals to use the day. Think of it as a doorway in the calendar, a place to stop leaning toward the next version of you and be met where you are.
What the number means
In numerology, 7 is the number of the inner seeker: reflection, wisdom and the quiet knowing beneath effort. It shows up everywhere in sevens, such as the seven days of the week and the seven main energy centers of the body, from root to crown. In the ancient Sumerian myth of Inanna, the goddess passes through seven gates on her descent and returns risen. Add 7 and 7 and you reach 14, which reduces to 5, the number of change.
That is why both of these activations travel the body's seven centers with Inanna. One walks the descent, and the other shows what was already burning when she returned.
Take or leave the numbers. They are a prompt for reflection, not a rule.
What the sky is doing around 7/7 this year
In 2026 the portal arrives days after Jupiter moved into Leo, the sign of the heart.
Jupiter in Leo
About 2° Leo on July 7
Jupiter crossed from Cancer into Leo at the start of July. Generosity, warmth and courage open the heart.
Venus in Leo
About 28° Leo
The planet of love and receiving is at the end of Leo, close behind Jupiter.
The Sun in Cancer
About 15° Cancer
The sign of home and belonging, which is where the Earth Flame at the root begins.
The sky is atmosphere, not instruction. You don't need to track any of it to receive the activation. The fires don't expire.
About the 2026 activation
The Seven Fires is a channeled Aureya transmission and Reiki activation for the clench behind your breastbone that braces whenever you are not sure you've done enough. Nothing is stripped away here. You only have to let yourself be shown. It is held in the field by Inanna as she returned, the Oversoul of Aureya, Hestia, Archangels Chamuel and Auriel, and the Elohim of Divine Order.
Call your energy back
From the next goal and the next milestone, so you can arrive where your body already is.
Meet the first fires
The Earth Flame of belonging at the root, the desire flame at the sacral, the will flame at the solar plexus, and the heart flame.
Meet the higher fires
The truth flame at the throat and the vision flame at the third eye, with the part that braced and the part that turned its wanting down honored first.
Turn around and see
Inanna turns you around to see that every one of these fires was already burning, and the Aureya Flame lights at the crown.
You can listen any time, not only on July 7. Headphones are lovely but not required. Receive only what feels right, and if you drift off along the way, let yourself.
Past activation: the 7/7 portal, 2025
Inanna's Invitation to the 7 Gates of Transmutation was the first gate. In this channeled Reiki activation, Inanna meets you at the threshold of the Temple of Descent and offers the lantern of remembrance, guiding you toward the seven gates: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. It runs about 22 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What is the 7/7 portal, and when is it?
It's a modern spiritual date many people use for recognition and deep integration. It falls every year on July 7.
Is the 7/7 portal the same as the 777 portal?
For most people, yes. The 777 portal usually refers to the same date, since 7/7 reads as a doubled seven. Some people also use 777 for any time they notice the number.
Which 7/7 activation should I start with?
If you feel like the work isn't adding up, start with the 2026 activation, The Seven Fires. If you want to meet Inanna at the threshold of the seven gates, start with the 2025 one, Inanna's Invitation. Either is complete on its own.
Can I listen after July 7?
Yes. The activations aren't tied to a single day, and you can return to them whenever you need to remember what is already lit, in any month.
They were already burning.
